AppAttic is a trading name of AppAttic LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 13045669, and with registered offices at Flat 22 Lawford Mews, 28 Waterloo Road, Bristol, BS2 0PN, England, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

AppAttic LTD is the joint data controller that is responsible for processing your information alongise Shopify. A data controller is the legal entity that determines the purposes and manner for which personal data is processed.

Any software, plug in app or product developed and provided by App Attic Ltd will be referred to as the Services  (“Services”).

Information about you or information about your customers that is made available to App Attic LTD by you downloading, installing and using specific Services will be referred to as your information (“your information”).

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
